My name is Johnny and I was born on the edge of the Lake District in West Cumbria in a small market town. I was taken out walking most weekends by my parents on the fells and around the lakes. Because I grew up here I never really appreciated its great beauty. It was only after I returned from university, started working in London that I came to realise what a special place it is. I now walk everyday if I can!
My designs are in a vintage style and take there inspiration in part from the old railway posters from the 1920’s and 30’s – before Britain’s railways were nationalised. The big four railway companies (London and North Eastern; London, Midlands and Scottish; Southern; and the Great Western) competed fiercely for custom using the best commercial and non-commercial artists of the day.
All my designs are produced on a Apple Mac and are largely created using Adobe illustrator. Colours are boosted in other applications to give a slightly saturated look. This I’ve found evokes a similar feel to the vintage posters. I’m happy to adapt my designs to create bespoke invites and posters.

To keep costs to a minimum I send my parcels using myHermes. This allows me to track the parcel and make sure it gets to its destination. I pack most items in the evenings and drop them off the next day for collection. If you need your items more urgently please get in touch.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Please email me to let me know the item is being returned.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were despatched.
